ACCOMMODATION

Our rooms are individually furnished and beautifully appointed with spacious en-suite bathrooms and private verandas or balconies offering stunning views over the golf course.
They are equipped with DSTV, telephone, minibar with snacks, air-conditioning, heater, coffee & tea facilities, hairdryer and bathrobes.
The Luxury Rooms and Executive Suites also include a mini hi-fi system with DVD and speakers in the bathroom. They each have a fireplace with a cosy seating area in front and the Suites have a separate lounge and bedroom.
The bathrooms have a separate WC and bidet, spacious showers and corner baths with twin basins and the Suites boast a private outside shower.

RATES are per person and quoted in South African Rands and include a full English Breakfast and 14% VAT. Valid until 31. October 2012.
GENERAL
- Guests may check-in any time from 14h00
- Rooms are to be vacated by 11h00
- Late check-outs may be arranged, if possible
- Airport transfers may be arranged at an extra cost.
- Should guests check-out before breakfast, a packed breakfast may be arranged.
- Third person (12 years and above) @ R 400.00 B&B. This rate is based on the room being occupied by 2 full-paying guests.
- Service charge is discretionary
CHILDREN are most welcome.
Under the age of 12 years, they are accommodated free of charge sharing with 2 adults.
Children breakfast charge: 0-2 yrs = free 3-12 yrs = R 65.00
Children occupying their own room pay full rate.
LUNCH & DINNER are a-la-carte & served in the restaurant, verandah or wine cellar. Our
restaurant is closed for Lunch: Monday & Tuesday and for Dinner: Sunday and Monday. Breakfast
is served every day. We will gladly assist in reserving a table at one of the nearby restaurants.
Transfers to the restaurants may be arranged at an extra cost.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
50% payment is required on all bookings made 4 weeks prior to arrival, with an exception of
block bookings of 4 rooms or more, for which the deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit or a credit card number.
100% non-refundable payment is required on all bookings made 1 week prior to arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelled 30 - 15 days prior to arrival - 10% of deposit retained
Cancelled 14 - 8 days prior to arrival - 25% of deposit retained
Cancelled 7 days prior to arrival - full payment retained
